      Pros

      If you have the opportunity to interview here, I would absolutely recommend doing so. An old friend of mine got me to interview here, after months of him hearing me complain about my previous job. It's a great move, not only because of the money you'll make here, but also because of the networking and connections you'll make as well. R & R employs some veryyyy sharp and intelligent people who are definitely worthwhile in having in your rolodex of contacts.

      Cons

      Time-sensitive positions mostly. In this industry, there's always a deadline or completion date for projects. You need to remind yourself to relax here and there or else you'll work yourself silly.

      Management was very receptive to any concerns Overall fun place to work

      Cons

      It takes three weeks before you get your first check, BUT after that you will get paid every Friday without fail.

      Pros

      I love the team environment in the office. Everyone is willing to help you grow and teach you all you need to learn to be successful. I also like that there are a lot of travel opportunities as reward for when you are doing well. I've been to NY, Chicago, and Miami in the 3 months I was working for R&R. I miss this place. I had to relocate unfortunately.

      Cons

      There are two other offices that share the office space it could sometimes get crowded

We work very hard on creating a positive, upbeat and goal oriented work environment so we are very pleased to hear you enjoyed this aspect of your work. We've recently introduced further development opportunities in the form of quarterly conferences which take place all over the East Coast.
