Unfortunately, the efficiency, performance, and success of the company is greatly impacted by lazy and unaccountable management. This creates a ripple effect, trickling down to lower levels of employees. Countless times I have brought issues forward, sometimes on a consecutive daily basis, with no adjustment or repercussions in the behavior/performance/etc. I do not doubt that this company will continue to grow and be successful, but not to its full potential.
