Company review - Design Engineer R&M Group Employee Review

Work life balance is very poor. Forced to work on weekends. Output is expected without giving any proper input. Record maintaining software is not implemented properly. They are doing test and trial in projects for this record maintaining software. Very less time will be given to complete the project work. No action will be taken even if you report to higher officials but they will act like doing so. Work pressure will be there. Sufficient leaves will be given but you are not allowed to take continuous leaves because of project work. Overall it is not in compliance with MNC standards.
