Great people across the board Exceptional growth across all business lines provides plenty of opportunities across every experience level Great degree of autonomy given to create your own path Realistic expectations and proper work life balance Amazing company parties
Cons
Company has roughly doubled in size in the last few years. which has not been without some growing pains (IT support etc.) Project size and scope can be limited. but its expanding rapidly with company size. Office location is hard to get to via public transit but new office location is located much closer to public transit.
