Cons
Working at RL Global was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of my career. From the moment I started, it was clear this company is deeply disorganized, poorly managed, and lacks any real vision for sustainable growth or employee development. Management is completely disconnected from day-to-day operations and seems more focused on micromanaging than actually leading. There’s no structure, no accountability, and zero support for employees trying to do their jobs. You’ll find yourself constantly putting out fires caused by unclear expectations, shifting priorities, and ineffective leadership. The company culture is toxic — cliques, favoritism, and high turnover are the norm. Feedback is either ignored or taken as a threat, and those who raise legitimate concerns are often punished or pushed out. Training is minimal to nonexistent, and any promises made during the hiring process should be taken with a grain of salt. Work-life balance? Forget it. You’re expected to be “always on,” with little regard for boundaries. Burnout is rampant, and the only consistent thing about this place is the feeling of being undervalued and overworked. I would not recommend RL Global to anyone — not as an employee, partner, or client. You deserve better
