Pros
Some coworkers were supportive and hardworking. The role itself had potential and could have been a good learning opportunity under better management
Cons
Unfortunately, the workplace culture was extremely toxic. Leadership created an environment where employees felt undervalued, micromanaged, and constantly stressed. Communication from management was inconsistent, and expectations often changed without clear guidance. There was little transparency or accountability from leadership, which led to frustration and low morale across teams. Feedback from employees did not seem to be taken seriously, and concerns about workload and workplace culture were frequently ignored. The environment felt more reactive than collaborative, and it became difficult to do your job effectively when support and direction were lacking. Turnover seemed high, which made sense given the atmosphere. Many talented employees left because they felt burned out or unheard. Telling one of your top performers that they need to do better at making outbound calls while making the company like a million bucks a year is insane! Do better!
