Pros

Interesting business. Privately owned, so at least you know who's really making the decisions, even if they are somewhat schizophrenic

Cons

Poor benefits (health insurance, retirement, vacation etc) Sub-par pay. Could do much better in Cincinnati, Dayton, or Columbus, and without the drive. Antiquated processes and techniques, probably the worst I have ever seen. The people making technical decisions are the least qualified to do so. Unless you live in Wilmington, long commute. Poor tools and hardware. Plan on waiting 15 minutes for your machine to boot and 5-10 every time you hit compile. Director Level Leadership is totally clueless, and seems bent on keeping things exactly the way they are All of the above means that they have trouble hiring anyone with real talent, so they have quite a pool of very mediocre technologists and a massive pile of technical debt to clean up.

Pros

Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

Cons

Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
