      They will hire you very quickly.

      constant hiring of additional employees that are not needed. It is a 90 day job with no direction or goals.

      Benefits are decent, co workers are nice

      Cons

      Hiring people who do not care and put in very little effort. There are a lot of tasks assigned to CSRs and very little downtime to take care of them. The phone rings off the hook.
