Toxic culture.. beware - Anonymous employee R. Jack Balthazar Employee Review

There are always different events, so the job is never boring. Some travel for events is a nice perk. A small company so you really get to be in it.

There is a lot of micro management being such a small company which makes you feel like you aren't trusted. Work life balance is nonexistent and as a result you do not feel appreciated for your hard work. No holidays off ever.

Not too many Pros unfortunately.... a handful of pleasant people to work with. But thats not from the owners or management.

The con is them. They pay little, they piece meal per diems to the staff . Meanwhile employees shares hotels rooms at cheap places, and the hire ups stay at premium hotels. Not MOTELS... Just trash... Nasty attitudes, Mean girl culture. Especially since most of them are fat and rather unfashionable.
