Long hours of hard work for minimum wage Drama and toxicity amongst management No opportunity for growth No work/life balance

Not too many Pros unfortunately.... a handful of pleasant people to work with. But thats not from the owners or management.

The con is them. They pay little, they piece meal per diems to the staff . Meanwhile employees shares hotels rooms at cheap places, and the hire ups stay at premium hotels. Not MOTELS... Just trash... Nasty attitudes, Mean girl culture. Especially since most of them are fat and rather unfashionable.
