Management in high positions are either racist or display unchecked bias. They create rules for some that don’t apply to everyone regardless of the quality of their work—the discrepancies seem to be based solely on skin color. This company might be owned by Iqvia, but they certainly do NOT uphold Iqvia’s values. They don’t value employees. They view and treat us all as if we are replaceable. Management makes horrible business decisions that leave everyone else scrambling to clean up their messes.
