Pros
The people are genuinely the highlight. I worked with talented, collaborative individuals who made the day-to-day enjoyable. There is real room to grow within the company if you are willing to put in the work, and the flexibility of remote working is a genuine benefit.
Cons
The culture has drifted since the shift to fully remote. What was once a connected team has gradually lost its sense of community. No socials and no Christmas events make it hard to feel part of something beyond your immediate work. Communication from senior leadership is very limited, which makes it difficult to understand the direction the company is heading or to feel connected to any broader vision.
