Amazing culture, flexibility, and management treats you like an adult. You are really trusted to get your work done and people are not condescending. Overall people are very healthy. Hybrid work schedule, but they actually don’t care if you come in or not gives you a lot of opportunity for professional growth and personal growth because you’re not burnt out.

Product doesn’t work. CEO has no vision and is not approachable. Low pay for the market. Terrible communication throughout the org , if you miss a slack you’re left behind. Little to no training
