Pros
The learning experience is high, as you get so much of exposure to the domain and client. The work environment is so positive because all the people working with are ambitious and hardworking, which inspires to learn and work more. For any fresher , this would be a great company to start a career as you grow around so many experienced people , because here there is a lot of collaboration between different departments, so one can learn new things everyday.
