Pros
- The technology works and is constantly evolves to keep a strong hold of the marketplace demands - Great team supporting sales, support, product, finance and legal - No ego's, everyone is down to earth and aligned on the company mission & goals - C-Levels are hands-on and very helpful - Fiscal year ends on January 31 so no end of calendar year scramble to get deals done during the holidays - Remote 1st and we get together as a company 2x a year (individual teams 1x a quarter) - Excellent benefits and cost

- Not too many cons here - Some more strategy to become more wide spread known in the industry - Not much room for advancement but with continued growth that will change
