My managers were amazing to work with. They genuinely cared about their employees and were always willing to help when it came to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Their support made the job environment much more positive.

Limited training, low pay and benefits weren't great, really felt like working for a business instead of healthcare (profit and quota driven), didn't feel supported/ lack of clinical staff and leadership
