My managers were amazing to work with. They genuinely cared about their employees and were always willing to help when it came to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Their support made the job environment much more positive.

The most challenging part of the role was dealing with customers. Many interactions were difficult or unpleasant, which could make certain days especially stressful.
