      Pros

      Veel kunnen leren op verschillende opdrachten waardoor je snel groeit, maar is mijns inziens niet genoeg verscheidenheid in opdrachten dat ze voor iedere interesse een opdracht kunnen inplannen. Aardige collega's en af en toe leuke uitjes met het werk. Paar van het management zijn meedenkend en betrokken, paar ook niet helaas.

      Cons

      Totaal geen aantrekkelijke of markt-conforme arbeidsvoorwaarden. Management staat niet open voor feedback (zoals MTO). Veel verloop. Minder flexibel, o.a. met vakanties. Soms slechte communicatie en transparantie over projecten bijvoorbeeld.

      You can grow fast and they give you good guidance

      Cons

      The benefits are way below the market and as an HR consultancy firm they do not at all what they would advise any other company. There are many leavers or unsatisfied employees but they won't change anything
