Pros
Majority of partners, associates, and general staff are friendly, easy-going, and nice. Very rare for a law firm. Down to earth culture. Casual and informal dress. You can take on more responsibility/work if you want to. Just ask around, form relationships... Provide overtime
Cons
Lots of down time (but you can take on more work if you want to.) Some secretaries are always busy and some are always bored. Base salary is lower than city average.
