Pros
- A lot of the negative reviews from 2018 were correct at the time (I've been on the team since then), but we moved out of the windowless office into one with lots of windows. Interns are paid now (thank goodness) and the CEO has gotten a lot better.
- Wonderful coworkers!
- Great curriculum team manager
- Employees are encouraged to grow and given a yearly sum that goes towards professional development/courses
- Flexible work hours (everybody can choose whether they want to work from 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6 EST with an hour lunch break included, and lots of my coworkers are 100% remote, even outside of covid times)
Cons
- The CEO can still be difficult to work with at times
- It gets busy during the summer because we try to push out a lot of content before the start of the school year
