Pros
Great training. Work at home option. Decent commission. Can double your base salary if you do well. Non-profit committee established to help local community.
Cons
Pay freeze on base salary for past 3 years even if you accomplished all goals. Communication between managers and sales representative seriously lacking. No room for growth in Nova Scotia office. Only option is management and not many openings over the years.
