1. This company only hires fresher means, you can not expect a better mentor 2. You can not expect anything except salary (which will also not on time) 3. Total leave in a year is half of the company standers There are a lot more but don't have enough time to write all of them.

I joined as fresher. Good oportunity to work and learn. 1. Lot of new technologies to learn. 2. Joined as fresher. But work given is same as for 3-year engineer in MNC. So, can learn more. 3. Somewhat hectic work. So can learn more quickly. 4. High quality office. 5 . No fixed rules. Can ask for changes to rules because of personal problem.

1. Salary is good. Product is super. But not in topmost category like google, amazon. 2. Somewhat hectic work
