Numerous Layoffs - Anonymous employee Quiddity Employee Review

CEO had a meeting to tell us about all the great things happening. He mentioned revenue is up compared to last year. But a few weeks later numerous layoffs due to revenue issues. How is that? Was he even telling the truth? Reprographics had two employees, now it has none because both were laid off. New HR employee was hired just to be laid off a few weeks later.
