Worst Experience, Bad Management, worst Employee Policies, Takes advantage of freshers, Long working hours. Freshers- Please don't join or you will surely stuck in the hell. No work Life balance. No Job Security.
Cons
They don't trust employees, want you to work like a donkey, Frequently changing company policies which are always against the employees. Be ready to get insulted in front of all other employees. They wont miss a single chance to freeze your Salary if found a single or a tiny mistakes. They wont allow you to speak with other employees and called it ethics!! Please stop harassing your employees.
