Pros

I've enjoyed my time at Quick Quack and here are some of the reasons why: The coworkers are great and can help turn a bad day around Leadership has always encouraged and supported me through any situation. I had a hard time believing in myself that I was ready to move up from a Team Member to an ASL but my leadership encouraged me and saw the potential in me. The pay is very generous for the work that we do Getting to know the regulars that come in on a daily basis is one of the most rewarding things about this job We have team builds every couple of months and it's a great way to build those connections with your coworkers outside of work Its a great part time job if you're going to school or just looking to have a summer job, and they are very flexible with scheduling around what works best for you They promote from inside of the company so if you work hard to move up, they will notice and reward your hard work

Cons

With every job there will always be cons, here are a few that I have encountered: During peak season it can feel like the cars are never ending Store operations unfortunately do not receive Holiday pay for Thanksgiving and Christmas At times there isn't anything you can do to help a customer but refer them to Customer Service and with that, they will sometimes take their frustration out on you If you are part time, you might not get that many hours If you have piercings or tattoos, they must be taken out or covered up at all times

Pros

I love the company, and the leaders I get to work with. I appreciate the culture, and the focus on smart, kind, and driven people. They take a proactive measure to ensure the culture is aligned with their words. The CEO is the best leader I have had the previlege to work with.

Cons

When we say the are committed to their culture - it is real. If you are not smart, kind, and driven you cannot be here - so they do hold team members accountable to who they are, and who they become.

Pros

* Made some good friendships with coworkers. * Learned customer service skills and how to work in a fast-paced environment. * The job helped me gain work experience and confidence interacting with customers. * Some team members were supportive and willing to help new employees learn.

Cons

* I felt there was favoritism at times, and some employees seemed to be treated differently than others. * Communication from management was not always clear or consistent. * Safety and training expectations did not always seem to match what employees were being told to do on the job. For example, I was told by a supervisor that I could use the pressure washer while the wash was active, which conflicted with my training and understanding of safety procedures. * Concerns raised by employees did not always feel like they were taken seriously. * The work environment could become stressful due to management decisions and workplace drama.
