      Pros

      It is a very good job with a lot of growth and potential. Very flexible with my schedule, I love the fact that I dont work many long shifts and still make money.

      Cons

      There is really no cons I can think of. I see much more pros than cons that is for sure though.

      Pros

      The owner of the company works with and for the staff, really creating a strong sense of teamwork. I like that my output is my input. 100% commission is oddly satisfying. I get to be outside in the sun meeting people and selling a product that unambiguously adds value.

      Cons

      The work is weather dependent, though this has nothing to do with the company itself.
