Pros
My experience has been far better than anything I had / could have expected from my previous employer (large international company). The people here at Questrade are down to earth, practical, no drama, and just genuinely nice! The opportunities I've been given, and the trust shown to me by my management, has been very much appreciated. I also like the flexibility to go into the office only if and when I want to. Also, it is great to see the work I do benefit my friends and family who are Questrade customers themselves...love the impact I can make. Cons
The only cons are the small budgets for social events / team building. The general compensation however more than makes up for this.
