      Pros

      You learn a lot and fast Very knowledgeable coworkers

      Cons

      Too much politics. Lots of empty promises from managers. Managers are always on meetings and it is mission impossible to find them. There are no career opportunities. I worked at the service department and one time they hired externally only for other positions because they needed the css. In other words, you have a higher change of getting promoted if you are external.

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
