      - Lots of opportunities to learn new things and grow within the company - Young and fast-paced workplace - Great people to work with - Good work-life balance (not many people stay late)

      Cons

      - Needs to have lots of self-motivation to learn new things and move the ladder - Just ok health benefit - No pension

      Pros

      Armenian Office people are great and in general there is a friendly atmosphere and conditions. Lots of attention to employees from Armenian management

      Cons

      I can not say anything positive from Management team from Canada. Although I can say lots of negative, but I will refrain from it.
