Nice office and easy location The people you work with are great and supportive Incredible back office team that work extremely hard and there to support you with all administration etc Change in business leader did improve things at the time Investment was made in a consultant that was a huge plus and helped the culture a lot for the time she was present Not too bad on the commission scheme (although this changed a number of times) Salaries were at market rate Multi cultural office Team nights out and quarterly events were nice
Cons
Culture changed dependent on who the business leader was , sometimes for the worst and sometimes for the better The system was very dated to start with but then we had a new system that was acquired, but in the period of the change over we went several months without a system and did everything manually, this could of been managed a lot better Culture from the top was not very modern at all, sometimes fearful to leave the office on time (normal working hours) When companies say they are flexible , but in reality they aren’t at all Not very transparent - sometimes a lot of secret meetings and whispers which can make you feel quite on edge The business model and direction changed circa 3 times in my time with the company Lots of people put on performance management so again a number of colleagues feeling unstable or that they may lose their jobs
