Great staff and management, family-like atmosphere, lovely clients to interact and make memories with, great experience and memories, diverse cultural staff. Definitely a great place to start a career and they took me on knowing nothing and gave me full training and certifications. Full benefits after three months and a starting bonus as well.

The schedule can get a little rough, but if you're tough enough, you can manage. ;)

Fall in love with Clients. Job is more relaxed when everyone is in bed. Paid training that is great. Its a good job to get your feet in the door to go on to some better place.

Pay sucks, traveling to so far just to take training classes. Its a lot of work and pressure on worker. Most of staff is lazy and managers suck and all the homes I've been to don't none of staff like working and is horrible to clients. You have to be with the company for a yr just the get there expensive benefits.
