PTO Policy recently switched - removing PTO days, adding holidays (fake benefit). Annual bonus capped at 2%, metrics rigged to never pay out full amount (this year less than 20% of the company metrics were met??), Compensation easily 30% below market value, no bereavement time, punished for using Non-PTO (even when sick and out of the few PTO days given), management behaves like a fraternity - spends most of the time hanging out and chatting with each other in plain view of employees, only advancement is through management - leading to AWFUL managers with bro-like mentality and no leadership skills leading horribly underpaid employees with far more value to the company than they recognize, communication laughable at best of times, training is limited to very few hours since billable time is law, actual work done doesn't matter to them, being sheep and following orders blindly will get you ahead
