I got my friend in here and he has no upper education Great place to get your foot in the door to bigger places by adding Quest to your Resume Flexible hours, some people come in VERY late for various reasons and nothing is ever said Ability to work on different projects and skills... if there is work
Cons
Not good pay if you have a good education The company is founded on very cheesy "Pillars," basically values that they preach but do not truly care about. Its disheartening. Basically a bunch of company big wigs read a leadership book or two and all of a sudden they think they know how to motivate people they never talk to beyond a meeting. It's cringey and laughable. If you don't work in Connecticut... your location is treated like a stepchild
