Lack of organization, inconsistent enforcement of rules and regulations, lack of communication.

Working with the clients is always rewarding.

Low pay, limited benefits, and, most concerning, poor management. The management's ethics are highly questionable, treating clients more like dollar signs than individuals. The work environment feels like a high school, with gossip running rampant—often fueled by the program directors themselves.
