The Pros with Quest Diagnostics is that they are very flexible with you, they have so many positions open to you as an employee that fits you. You can work in a patient service center or in office, or a hospital, and or travel with compensation.
Cons
Sometimes people call out and you have to deal with patients by yourself until they can get coverage for you, or you might be the one to get called in on your day off.
