      Clinical laboratory experience in Microbiology and Molecular. I know the importance of following SOP's and guidelines for laboratory procedures. Aseptic techniques are very important in working with biological specimens.

      Cons

      I wish that there was more opportunities for day shift positions.

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
