Pros
There weren’t any “pros,” but a few things, such as benefits, could be considered “at standard.”
Cons
Terrible management who gossiped non-stop and failed to provide either leadership or training. All departments are chronically understaffed, to the point that some departments effectively don’t exist (HR, facilities, etc). Unethical treatment of minority groups and employees in general, and they will retaliate against people for reporting on it. Below average pay, and generally without raises. Among the few people who work in each department, it’s nearly impossible to find anyone who is willing/able to do their job due to the above stressors. Too many outside contractors / temporary workers that will never get hired as full-time permanent employees.
