      Pros

      Routine hours. Remote work. Straight forward schedule and job duties.

      Cons

      Terrible communication. No room for promotions after the initial built in promos, and even still there are enough training classes to meet promo requirements. Company focuses so much effort on hiring new people that they don't train the people they have further.

      Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
