Pros

You'll gain significant experience in most aspects of the business due to the ever-expanding responsibilities of your job.

Cons

Senior Management supposedly got rid of several management layers in the most recent re-organization, but then created an enormous number of "director" positions to which many of the earlier managers were moved into. Then, of course, they laid off many of the analysts and other lower level people who actually do the work. The result: workers are expected to work nights and weekends; directors are fighting turf wars so workers are receiving conflicting direction (or no direction at all); and employees are leaving in droves because they are simply burned out.

Pros

Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

Cons

Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
