Pros

Most my pros have come from the past before 2 or so years ago. They offer a good amount of time off but it's hard to get time off. It used to be easier.

Cons

SO UNDERSTAFFED. I always loved working for Quest, but my opinion has gone down so much and it makes me sad. I wanted to maybe stay at this company for a long time and mentally I just don't know if I can. Quest used to staff appropriately. They used to have receptionists and even processors along with the phlebotomists. But now phlebotomists do everything. Still that was tolerable to do everything as long as they had enough people but lately they are cutting people's hours and when a person quits they don't replace them. It's not like they are losing business; our numbers have increased a lot, but are staffing less! I beg for more help often and do not get it. Instead I feel like my management thinks I just cannot handle it myself...But no one can and most people agree with me. It's BRUTAL mentally and physically. Also, they have been cutting us back on our supplies that we NEED to function at our job; like butterfly needles. Another thing is that on top of not being recognized for the good you do they allow rude and snappy co-workers to get away with treating co-workers and patients horribly.

Pros

Paychecks are nice and a few coworkers are great

Cons

Management does not care about you, turnover rate is high, benefits are okay. People are rude and talk behind your back. Good place to get belittled and burnt out.
