Poor management, no opportunity to grow as an individual, no opportunity to advance. Not invested in employees, huge setback to join this company career wise. No teamwork in departments. No recognition or support given no matter how hard you work or what you accomplish. Very broken infrastructure, Only thing that matters is the profit line, although the company is hemorrhaging money through mismanagement and does not act on improvement. Very sad to work here
