Pros

None. You need to stay far away from this organization.

Cons

This review may sound bitter. This organization is led by an evil dictator. The organization has unusually high attrition - especially amongst executives. The CEO is inexperienced, fires people at whim, does not align the organization, has no compassion for people, HIGH turnover. There is questionable ethics at the top for sure. No one knows what they are supposed to be doing. It is absurd. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this organization. I assure you - you will thank yourself for avoiding it. There are so many better companies out there - this is not one of them. Please stay away from it. It is just a matter of time before this organization will deteriorate.

Pros

Work from home, Flexiable work environment, Co-Workers

Cons

A micromanaging CIO who is unwilling to acknowledge mistakes and prioritizes personal preferences—even down to minor details like document formatting. Frequently oversteps boundaries by involving himself in departments outside his scope and attempting to dictate processes where he lacks direct responsibility. CIO Demonstrates a lack of strategic planning, often rushing initiatives without proper preparation and then expressing frustration when predictable issues arise. CIO Attempts to modify vendor-controlled products that are intentionally designed with fixed constraints, based solely on personal preference rather than feasibility. CIO Regularly reorganizes staff without clear rationale, separating teams with shared responsibilities and reassigning roles without fully understanding employees’ functions or contributions. During restructuring efforts, the organization tends to release valuable employees while retaining lower-performing individuals. Eliminates entire departments without establishing a clear or sustainable plan for continuity. Shows a pattern of retaining underperforming employees, which increases the workload and stress on high-performing staff, ultimately contributing to decreased morale and higher turnover.
