1) A very dynamic work environment, the roles are very adaptable and not at all monotonous. An exciting challenge awaits almost every week. 2) Every day I learn something new. 3) Good work-life balance on most days. 4) The upper management is supportive of every employee. A fresher on his/her first day is given equal importance during decision making as an employee who has been there for a long time. 5) The startup environment has given me a lot of scope of personal growth. Now I can actually say," I know what working under pressure means and I think I can handle it".

1) Workload majorly depends on the client's demands and the campaigns so we need to cater to the company's communication channels at all times, even when we are not in the office. It could be a con for someone who likes to keep their work life and personal life separate.

Environment and work culture is very growth centric both in terms of individual as well as company's growth. All teams are cross functional( this is very helpful for me since I had the chance to understand how a query comes into the company,how it is processed and executed). The employees make us (the interns) feel very comfortable so as to hear our opinions and suggestions about anything and everything which is a major plus point for this organisation.

The work timings need to be a little more strict.
