Pros
You get to work alongside the CEO, Taylor Roncancio, and the President, Austin Roncancio, every day, gaining knowledge and experience in the industry. I doubt any other firm would show this much care for their interns. You are assigned real work and responsibilities. You significantly improve your communication skills, including opportunities to interact with clients. You learn how to read charts and become proficient in technical analysis, studying trendlines, candlestick patterns, support/resistance levels, and how to create presentations showcasing your analysis. You also learn how to write research papers on potential investments and create presentations covering the fundamental side of analysis. You participate in a portfolio management game, putting your skills to the test, growing your assets while competing with other interns. Most importantly, you will leave this internship as a better version of yourself.
Cons
The internship is unpaid, but you will be compensated by gaining habits that will benefit you for a lifetime, such as meditating and journaling.
