Pros
Co-worker and type of work are fantastic. The company works on interesting projects. Employees of the company are all very intelligent and have a lot to offer and share. it is an environment where you will constantly learn new things. Innovative and good at testing and using new technologies.
Cons
Upper management is unorganized, money focused, and has unrealistic expectations for workers. Senior Leadership Team is, seemingly, driven by the most power hungry of former owners. Only one of the 4 former owners remains on the leadership team. It should be all or none. Layoffs and hiring freezes have created a backlog of data resulting in overtime with no compensation or movement toward compensation. There is no time to problem solve when issues arise. The company as a whole is go go go and pushes through issues rather than getting to the heart of things. Employees are overworked, under paid and get no recognition (verbal or monetary) from upper management for taking on greater responsibilities in this time of transition. Training of new employees is awful, when hiring is allowed, because there is no training program, no time for training to occur, and training does not appear to be important to upper management. Message from management is always we are a team. Actions do not at all back his statement. One of the many "centers of excellence" is definitely favored over all of the others creating tensions within the company.
