Pros

Steep but quick learning curve, fun company events and challenges, travel for work, good pay and benefits, advancement opportunities.

Cons

Travel can pile up, but they work hard to manage it. It comes with the industry.

Pros

Good as a first job out of college to get your foot in the door as its a fun work environment for the young guys but as you move up its a real mess

Cons

Upper management has all sorts of issues and are really only focused on increasing their own profits they will promise you the world and talk a real convincing talk but they don't follow through in their promises to make it worth your while when you take on additional work load to help them achieve growth. The turnover rate in upper management is more than double the industry average. They had 6 Engineering Managers in a 7 year period at one point, The CEO cannot be trusted and has a reputation for taking advantage of others Its very common for him to higher his friends for higher up positions however they rarely last long. If your interviewing here just ask them how many people have been with the company for 10+ years that are not currently an owner that should tell you everything you need to know. They only treat the owners right all others are treated as a pawn in their game.
