They expect us to work during the weekends and if we do not agree to do so, we get feedback saying that we are not working for the companies benefit. The management is very manipulative. They are disrespectful towards our personal beliefs and choices, and if he raise issues about the management to the HR team, it is swiftly brushed under the carpet. They preach the company culture, however, the same culture is misused by the core team. And the CEOs are there to cover for every blunder that the core team does. There is no process system or structure to the entire organisation.
