Completely detached executive/management staff, school leaders were not present and lacked cohesive vision, staff retention issues, limited growth potential

There’s not much that’s beneficial here tbh

No ways to grow, hard to get a pay raise, no sick days, don’t get winter/spring break off, manage cares only about what brings in money
