Exposure here is very nice, Freedom and accountability is given which I enjoy, client facing role, As a pre sales business analyst, as a post sales BA , As project Manager, you have full accountability you can make impact wherever you can with your strengths .

Cons

Compensation is relatively low compared to market standards. No investment in project management tools and infrastructure. Expectations in terms of responsiveness and delivery are quite high. Growth and promotion opportunities could be improved.
