We also recognize the concerns you raised regarding employee support, compensation, career growth, and workplace culture. Quantum Health is in a period of significant transformation and growth, and with that comes change, increased expectations, and ongoing efforts to strengthen how we support both our employees and the members we serve.
That said, we strongly disagree with the characterization that our leaders do not care about frontline employees. Many teams across the organization are working hard to improve processes, invest in employee development, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and create opportunities for growth across the business. As we continue evolving, our mission and ICARE values remain at the center of those efforts.
We know periods of change can feel challenging, particularly for those closest to the work, and we value the perspectives of employees who help us identify where we need to improve.
