Frankly, I can't name any cons except the salary. They don't pay much but you will be willing to learn and build a good experience work.

Very casual and friendly atmosphere due to the company being on the smaller side. Both other employees and management are very friendly, and willing to take time to help and give advice about work. Because the company has less people than some, your opinions and projects are taken seriously and can be important to the company as a whole.

The training can be fairly sparse and learning as you go is the general practice for new hires, though it is expected for you to ask for help. More training can be helpful. Overall, some work can be extremely repetitive and seem like no skills will be learned to further career.
